On today’s Situation Saturday, we’re talking with Joseph Cornwell about the unique experience he ran into while trying to renovate and rent his 8-unit property. After lockdown delays and being caught in a territorial battle between local and county jurisdictions, Joseph tells us what he learned from this seemingly unending renovation. He shares how he got out of the toxic situation, and what he does on day one of all projects now.
