Who They Are
Sauers Cares is a non-profit organization that tailors local community resources to solve local community problems. Serving primarily Bucks and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania, Sauers Cares provides both logistical and financial support to smaller non-profit organizations with the goal of creating a better, healthier, safer, and more inclusive community.
Sauers Cares, founded in 2019 by Stephanie Sauers-Boyd, began with a simple idea: How can we support those already doing incredible work in our community? Since then, they have successfully partnered with more than 30 local causes ranging from cancer support and economically disadvantaged children to homelessness and food insecurity effectively providing assistance and hope to thousands of people in the area.
What They Do
Sauers Cares supports a wide range of causes allowing them to make a bigger impact throughout the local community. Non-profit organizations fill out a brief partnership request form online providing information about their cause and its needs. Sauers Cares staff meets with representatives from the applying organization to discuss programs and/or projects in need of assistance. From full kitchen renovations to more efficiently support the needs of local cancer patients to the purchase and outfitting of a van that helps transport much-needed supplies to the homeless community, no project or program is too large for Sauers Cares to consider.
As community needs continue to grow, Sauers Cares mobilizes a deep network of connections to support the wonderful work being done in their area. They rely heavily on the support of their dedicated donors and volunteers and focus their efforts on several large fundraising events throughout the year including the Muscle Up Against Cancer Car Show, the Sauers Cares 5K, the annual Sauers Cares Open Golf Tournament, and Bingo With Santa.
