To qualify as an accredited investor, an individual must have earned at least $200,000 annually for the past two years (or $300,000 if combined with a spouse) and expect to earn the same this year. Alternatively, they must possess a net worth exceeding $1 million, either individually or jointly with their spouse, excluding the value of their primary residence.

She has 15 years of relevant experience in real estate and financial services operations, which includes the residential, commercial, and development sectors of the industry.
Tony Landa
Tony Landa is the Chief Investment Officer at The BAM Companies. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the firm’s investment strategy including acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and fund formation. With over 30 years of real estate experience, Tony has been directly involved in more than $3 billion of real estate transactions which includes approximately 14,000 apartment units and 5.7 million square feet of commercial space.
